Most of the people using master cleanse salt water flush experience bowel movements within 30 to 45 minutes. It produces 5 to 6 bowel movements within a day. People, who eat more cheeses, meat and less vegetables may not experience bowel movement at all, even after undergoing a salt water flush. They should try this again by slightly increasing the quantity of salt in the water. Salt water flush often causes vomiting sensation in people, therefore do not force yourself to drink the entire quart.
