Mario Lemieux is a retired professional ice hockey player who played 17 seasons for the Pittsburgh Penguins of the National Hockey League (NHL) between 1984 to 2006. Mario is the Penguins' principal owner and chairman of the board. Nicknamed The Best,Super Mario,Le Magnifique (the magnificent one), Ace.
