Marilyn Manson Files Divorce Papers
Marilyn Manson has filed his won set of divorce papers but lists his separation date as Halloween and not Christmas Eve as his estranged wife claims.

Manson, 38, and Dita Von Teese, 34, bot cite "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for ending their one-year marriage. Von Teese first filed papers on December 29. Manson filed his own divorce papers on January 12 and is trying to avoid paying Von Teese spousal support. Von Teese is not seeking spousal support at this time. Manson also wants Von Teese to pay her own attorney fees and she is asking that Manson have to foot the bill for the divorce.
Sources close to Manson and Von Teese claim that the relationship ended because Manson is allegedly involved in a romantic relationship with 19-year old actress Evan Rachel Wood. It has also been reported that over the past year, Manson has been partying incessantly and drinking very heavily. A source close to Von Teese said, "She really tried to make this work. He’s not been responsive. She loved him so much, but he has too many demons. He can’t even communicate with her at this point."
Manson and Wood met after he asked her to appear in his new horror flick Phantasmagoria: The Visions of Lewis Carroll. Wood attended Manson’s art gallery opening in Los Angeles last Halloween. He showcased his paintings including a painting he had done of Wood. A source close to Von Teese said, ""Dita is heartbroken, she didn’t see this coming." It has not been confirmed that Manson and Wood are romantically involved, but the two spent his 38th birthday together and sources said that they looked very much like a couple. Wood’s rep has said that the two are "just pals."
