Mango Coconut Smoothie Recipe

Mango Coconut Smoothie with Yogurt
Ingredients
- 1mango, peeled and sliced
- Fresh yogurt, 1 cup
- Coconut milk, 1 can
- Vanilla essence, ½ tsp
- Honey, 2 tbsp
Place all these ingredients in the blender one by one and add crushed pieces of ice. Blend until it gets thick and smooth, pour into glasses and serve immediately. Make sure the mangoes you use are fresh and one more thing to remember is that mangoes vary in sweetness greatly which is why honey is used. If you find very sweet mangoes then honey might not be needed.
Mango Coconut Smoothie with Banana
Ingredients
- Peeled and sliced mango
- Diced Banana, 1½
- Young coconut. Its flesh and water both will be used
- Hemp seeds, 1 tbsp
Place all the ingredients in a blender and process till it's smooth. You will really love the combination of coconut and mango, the drink is really delicious but it's recommended that you have it chilled.
Mango Pineapple Coconut Smoothie
Ingredients
- Frozen mango chunks, 1 cup
- Rice milk, 1 cup
- Coconut milk, ½ cup
- Small pineapple slices, ½ cup
- Whey protein, 3 tbsp
- Coconut flakes, 2 tbsp (Optional)
- Mint leaves optional
Combine coconut and rice milk, pineapple juice and mango slices in the blender and blend until the mixture gets smooth. Now add the whey protein and blend the mixture again until it gets very smooth. Serve chilled and if you want you can use coconut flakes and mint leaves for garnishing.
