Man, Do I Hate Cupid
Just a lil' fun poem I wrote, hoping you will like it! Please tell me what you think. And sorry, but the first stanza doesn't rhyme, but I didn't want to change it.

You'd say it back, and mean it,
Not take it to your advantage,
And hold it against me.
Sure, I thought I loved you then,
As short-lived as "us" turned out to be,
You're lucky I didn't tell anyone,
What you did to me?
Yes, I made mistakes with you,
And, I regret each and every one,
But, must you hold it to me,
When it's all said and done?
Can you just forget it,
Stop trying to make me mad,
Are you happy? You finally succeeded,
I hope that makes you glad.
You're disgusting, nasty,
I can't believe I ever liked you,
I think, I feel for your blue eyes,
Overpassing what you do.
Now that I see it, I cringe,
And scold myself for being so stupid,
You've hurt me and numerous friends,
Man, do I hate cupid.
