How to Make this Milk Powder
Malted milk powder ingredients consists of malted barley, wheat flour and milk. Following is the method to prepare it.
  • Wheat flour and malted barley are mashed in hot water. In this process starch is converted into maltose.
  • Then milk is mixed in it.
  • This mixture is then evaporated to form a syrup.
  • Syrup is made to dry in an oven to form a cake.
  • This cake is milled to get a powdered form.
