Mall Scavenger Hunt (Free Spree)
In this type of mall scavenger hunt, the participants will have to get back items in a list. All the items in the list can be acquired for free. The team to return with the items first, wins!
Free Spree Mall Scavenger Hunt Clues:
- Shopping bag (extra credit for the biggest bag)
- Napkin from the food court (preferably with the logo)
- Paper Clip (color can be as per the host's choice)
- French fry (has to be for free, participants cannot buy it)
- 5 Business Cards (different people's business cards)
- Wedding registry printout
- Chocolate samples (team with maximum variety gets extra credit)
- Company letterhead
- Autograph from a stranger
- Something that a store was willing to dispose off
- a glass of water
- Pen and pencil
- Mall Map
- Box and hanger
- A name tag
- Straw
- Employee application at some store in the mall
- Lipstick marks on all the participants cheeks
- Toilet paper
- Safety Brochure
Mall Scavenger Hunt (Color Code)
This type of mall scavenger hunt may not be free. However, you can give the teams a specific budget. All the items from the list should be of a specific color. The host can decide that color. You could even try giving the teams different colors but a hunt for the same color will be more competitive. As always, the first to be back with all the items, wins.

- Eye Shadow (should be worn by all the participants)
- Cheap discount sweater
- Sunglasses

Mall Scavenger Hunt (Candid Camera)
Ok, basic requirement for this party - a camera for each team. In this mall scavenger hunt, the teams need not procure the items, only their photographs. All the team members (except for the cameraman) have to be in the photograph, unless otherwise specified.

- A big blue teddy bear (color as per your discretion)
- While trying on a pair of pants

- Going down on one knee and asking someone to marry you
- Playing a video game
- Waving out to someone on the first floor, while standing on the second
- The entire team doing the "wave"
- Giving kids under 6 years of age, a piggyback ride
- Opening the door for someone
- Hugging a stranger
- Standing outside the mall and pointing at it in astonishment
- Wearing a lot of "bling"
- Holding a signboard
- Wearing big sunglasses
