Broccoli-Corn Casserole for Babies
For a more lunch or dinner oriented food, try this great healthy meal. You will need a cup of steamed broccoli and corn, cooking both as tenderly as possible. You also need two tablespoons of bread crumbs, and cooked onion. And for the consistency you will need either chicken broth, vegetable broth, or water. Making baby food is not that complicated, which is why there is no excuse. Mix all of these ingredients together in a blender and make it the best consistency as you want. A great way to keep this is to freeze it into an ice cube tray for later eating.
Cheese and Veggies for Baby
For this lunchtime meal you need an eighth cup of two percent milk, a half cup of cottage cheese, a third cup of cream cheese, an eighth cup of shredded cheddar, a fourth cup of soft peas, and an eighth cup of cooked carrots. Make sure that all of these vegetables are very well cooked, soft, and ready for blending. Keeping this in the fridge is great, just remember to heat it up a little bit before feeding so that the cheese melts and isn’t too hard.
