Length of day and night seemed to grow shorter!
Summer sunrays didn't hurt or prick any longer!!

Sweat beads running down didn't irritate.
Its chillness does harm my lungs off late.

This cause to worry is stowed away.
Very happy, heart wants to sing and sway!

Still branches and leaves are waiting to swirl with breeze!
Excited ears too are very eager to hear their swish!!

Season which was most disliked is looking nice?
Greatly mellowed is the search for some airy space!

Belated rise of moon and stars was a cause to seethe.
The same show is now treated with least rage!

Lips are humming some meaningless crazy number.
Feet tapping music is madly sought after!!

Vegetating life is gearing up for activity.
Toes are setting on wheels towards festivity.

Sunny, you are the person behind all these!
That lovely message made me utter cheese!!

In hilarity, my whole being wants to sing and dance!
Laughing to myself, I am in a state of trance!!!

Your home coming is indeed a matter to rejoice.
The special fortnight shall not see tears in my eyes....
