Madonna & Alex Rodriguez Dine Out

Madonna, 50, and Rodriguez, 32, were spotted enjoying a dinner Tursday evening at New York’s Dos Caminos Third Avenue. A source said that the two looked very "cozy" and shared a small table in the back of the restaurant. A source said, "They seemed very close." Madonna and Rodriguez set tongues wagging over the summer when it was rumored that they were having an affair, which both of them denied. It has also been reported that Rodriguez has donated money to Madonna’s charity Raising Malawi and that the two have formed a friendship.

Rodriguez’s wife Cynthia, 32, filed for divorce in July after almost four months of marriage. She alleged that he had "emotionally abandoned" her and their daughters – Ella, 3, and Natasha, 3-months. Cynthia claimed that A-Rod had had an "affair of the heart" with the singer. She also said that Rodriguez had been unfaithful during their marriage. The couple’s divorce was finalized in September.

Madonna and her husband of 8 years, Guy Ritchie, have been fending off divorce rumors all year. In June it was reported that both Madonna and Ritchie had contacted divorce lawyers and were calling it quits. At the time, her rep said, "There is no truth to reports of a divorce, Madonna has not met with any lawyers nor are there plans for a divorce." The couple has an 8-year old son Rocco Ritchie. Madonna has an eleven-year old daughter, Lourdes, from a previous relationship with trainer Carlos Leon. She also has an adopted son named David from Malawi.
