Low carb snacks containing protein, fiber and healthy fat are a nutritious, low calorie replacement for the usual high calorie snacks consumed by people. If you are a health conscious person, then here is a list of low carb snacks to buy from the market, for you.
Studies show that having six small meals in a day is a healthier alternative to three heavy meals. Many of us would like to follow this but due to our busy schedule, this seems almost impossible. An alternative to this could be to have three small meals and in between meals, eat low calorie, low carbohydrate snacks, twice a day. Here are a few, easily available, low carb snacks.

However, before buying a bar, remember to check that it is high in nutrition and low in sugar and calories.
