  • Peeled cucumber (finely diced) - 1 cup
  • Worcestershire sauce or more to taste - 1 teaspoon
Procedure

In a medium-sized bowl, combine all the above listed vegetables (except avocado) and add lemon zest, tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce and Italian seasoning. Mix them properly and refrigerate the mixture overnight, serve the chilled salad with diced avocado.
