Love's in the Air: Chapter 8
James caught Emily kissing someone else. James found out it was her ex and he was up to something. Daniel's plan was to make Emily jealous, to come back to with him but how?

The next morning James got up, got changed and went to school. As he got out of his car he saw Emily kissing another guy!

James' POV
It wasn't in a public area, it was behind the school beside a huge dark tree. I walked to them rushing. I pushed Emily out-of-the-way and punched the dude in the face! It was a private place so I won't get in trouble. Dude tried to punch me but he missed. I should warn him I do kick-boxing, but I won't.
"James, Stop!" I ignored her. I tried kicking him but this time I missed... Emily grabbed my arm and pushed me aside, she did the same to the dude.
"Guys stop... James that's my ex, I know you're mad we were kissing but I didn't mean to, he leaned and I couldn't stop him! I'm sorry." Emily had a sad look on her face. She came to me but her ex stopped her.
"Emily... don't go with that jerk, you know I'm better than him," her ex turned her so they would be face to face. I got my fists ready, if he tried kissing her again.
"Daniel. James is not a jerk, he's sweet and I like him! Deal with it." She let go of him and came beside me. When she said that I had a little smile on my face.
"You heard her. Now go and leave!"
"Emily will be mine... you'll see." Emily and I, both ignored him.
She took my hand and we started walking together.
Emily's POV
When we arrived at his locker, he gave me a kiss and I went to my locker. I waved bye as I left.
Grace was waiting for me at my locker. She had an angry/confused face.
"Why didn't you tell me?" She asked
"Tell you what? Oh about the James thing?"
"Yeah... about the James thing!"
"I'm sorry... it's that you would think I'm insane."
"You are insane!"
"Look... I can't deal with this right now. We have to get to History," thanks to History, I don't have to spend an 1 hr or 2 hours talking about why I didn't tell her about James! THANK YOU HISTORY! Me and Grace both left for History. I saw James. I rushed to sit beside him but Grace pulled me beside her instead. I turned around to see that Daniel pushed a girl out of her sit and sat beside James?! What is he up to?
"Ok, class open you History books on page... wait let me check... page 387." Our history teacher said. It took me long to find the page, I hate my book it's HUGE!!
Daniel's POV
I opened my book to page 387. This book was huge! I ripped a piece of paper from my copy and wrote down 'James, meet me behind school, beside the tree after school... better be there or that means you're a chicken' I passed it to James. When I gave it to him he had a confused look on his face. He read the note and nodded. I saw Emily looking at us, she was wondering what we were up to. James waved 'Hi' and she smiled, when I waved 'Hi' she put an angry look on.
At lunch I saw Emily and James sitting together and I sat beside Grace.
"Hey there." I looked at Grace.
"Oh... um... hey?" Grace looked confused. I started flirting with her and she did too. After 20 minutes of flirting...
"Grace, you, me, tonight, movies, pick you at 8 pm..."
"Oh... ok..." Grace said with a dreamy look... I heard the bell ring and we had to go...
"Bye... don't forget our date..." Grace reminded me.
"I won't... here's my number." I wrote my number down and gave it to her.
"Grace what are you doing?!? That's Daniel... he's my ex!" I heard Emily say to Grace. I kept walking but still slow.
"So? I like him... he's cute! So what if he's your ex?" Grace didn't ever care.
