Love Times Two LAST Chapter 10
Kristin finally chooses between Cute Blake and Cute David!
Kristin woke up to hear the birds singing and she did not want anything to stop because life was perfect now. Wile she was think about how wonderful everything was turning out David woke up. "Morning." He told her. "Morning." She said back to him. Since they were already in the barn Kristin did some milking and David did the stalls. Kristin finished before David so she took the milk into the house and set the table for breakfast. David finished just in before they all sat down. Breakfast was still quiet, but it was a different kind of quiet which satisfied David and Blake’s mom so she didn’t try to start a conversation. Blake, however, wanted to ask a million questions, but he didn’t he just kept looking from David to Kristin and back again. After breakfast Kristin went upstairs to change and to pack a little bit so she wouldn’t have to do all of it tomorrow. David went back out to the barn to feed the cows; Blake followed him. "So any reason why you are still wearing the same clothes from yesterday?" Blake asked as he dumped some feed into one of the food troughs. David looked down at his clothes. "No I just forgot." He answered. "It just seems weird because Kristin was in the same clothes as yesterday too." "I don’t know." Was David’s reply. Blake was just about to say something, but his dad came in so he went back to his work.
David had completely finished his chores so he and Kristin went riding on there 4-wheelers. They drove in the woods through the creek and everywhere else. They stopped for a short break in the shade of the woods and started to talk. They hadn’t been talking long when they heard a motor coming toward them. It was Blake. He pulled up beside David. "You liar! I can’t believe you!" He yelled at David. "Me? You lied too!" He said in response. Kristin just sat watching. "I told you that I love Kristin why don’t you listen!" "You need to get real she loves me!" David replied angrily. Blake out of anger pushed David off of his 4-wheeler. David shocked got up and did the same to Blake. Kristin jumped off of her 4-wheeler and stood between them. "Stop!" she yelled to both of them. Blake softened his tone. "Kristin tell David that we kissed and that you love me." He told her. "She can’t love you she loves me she said so last night." "So you were with her!" "Stop! Please stop!" Kristin yelled. "I don’t want to come between you!" "Who is it Kristin?" David asked. Without answering Kristin hopped on to her 4-wheeler and drove back to the house and went up into her room. She packed her bags and ate, but that’s all she did for the rest of the day. She laid on her bed thinking. She had to choose one, but she didn’t want to hurt the other. Wile Kristin was thinking David had gone down to the creek to do some thinking as well. Blake had found him there and he sat down beside his brother. "So can we finally be honest with each other?" Blake asked. David looked up at the sky for a moment and then he looked at his brother. "Yea." He told him. So David and Blake sat there and had a heart to heart.
That night Kristin, Blake, and David all tried to get some sleep, but it was no use. They were all lying awake thinking about the past six days and that tomorrow was the last day.
The boys, despite the lack of sleep, got up early and did there chores. Kristin woke up with just enough time to get dressed before breakfast. After every one had finished breakfast the boys went back out side to do some things for their dad and Kristin went back up to her room and packed. Her parents would get back home at 5:00pm so it gave Kristin plenty of time to pack, but more importantly to think. When she was done it was about 11:45pm so Kristin wanted one last ride before dinner. Wile she was riding she couldn’t help but think about how she was going to tell David and Blake about her decision as she rode around looking at the woods, the brook, and the pond she knew what she had to do. She turned around and started back for the house, but she didn’t make it half way there when David and Blake both came on there 4-wheelers so they all stopped. They all got off there 4-wheelers. "Kristin we need to know." David told her. "It’s killing us inside, don’t hold out because of me." Blake told her. Kristin, who had been pacing this whole time, stopped and looked at both of them. "Ok I want you to know that this was not easy for me, but before I tell you I want you to know that no matter what you both saved my life and I will be forever grateful. You welcomed me into you’re house and showed me the best time of my life and I know that even though I’m sawing this one of you is still going to be hurt. "We can take it." David told her. She walked toward Blake. "Blake… I’m sorry. I did kiss you first and you are sweet, but what I have with you is not true love. However, I hoped that we could at least still be good friends." Blake sighed and then smiled at her. "It sucks, but I wouldn’t miss having a chance to be you’re friend." He told her. "Now you take care of my big bro." He said as he looked at David. Kristin walked over to David and he picked her up and hugged her. Blake was getting on his 4-wheeler to leave when Kristin said. "Blake wait!" he stopped and looked behind him. "You two never told me about the day that you rescued me." She said looking at both of them. "Well actually Blake was the hero he found you." David told her. So the three all sat on there 4-wheelers and recounted what had happened until it was time for lunch. Later that day it was time for Kristin to go home she said goodbye to every one and said that as soon as she explained everything to her parents she would be back to visit. Once Kristin got to the house her parents were already home so wile she helped them unpack she told them her story and as soon as they were done Kristin’s parents saw what a change had occurred in their daughter so they couldn’t help, but give her permission to go over when ever she wanted to.
Kristin called her friends till it stared to get dark the last person that she talked to was Emily when Kristin was finished Emily was speechless. "I am so sorry Kristin for leaving you, but I’m so happy everything turned out right. Is there anything that I can do to make it up to you? Emily asked. Kristin replied with a laugh. "No, because I wouldn’t have traded this week for any other week in the world." "Ok," Emily said then she added "By the way, do you think that maybe I could meet Blake?"
