Love Remain Chapter 9

There were like millions of things running through my head, and I was so desperate to ask him what he was doing, but I knew better, and so I just shut my mouth.

He took me to his apartment, and for a minute, I was starting to have doubts over what he were soon gone when I realized that I couldn’t trust anyone than I could trust him. He was the only one was has never let me down.

He unlocked his apartment door, and everything was neat and tidy. I had expected it to be all messy, but everything was just perfect.

He was still not saying anything, as he took be inside his room, and locked the door. Though I trusted him, I felt a little strange.

He motioned for me to sit at the sofa, and I just looked around the room. His walls were blue, and filled with different posters of all kinds of band. His bed was arranged properly, and everything looked good. I decided that I actually liked it.

When I turn around, Jordon was already seated beside me, with a guitar in his hand. His eyes were shinning, and he had a smile in his face, as he started playing.

"This is for you," He said, and I just looked at him in surprise. Was he playing for me?

I have never in my whole life met someone like him. I was just a little upset and it wasn’t even because of him; it wasn’t as if I was never sad before. Did I matter that much to him? Did I actually mean something true to him? I just couldn’t believe it. He came back into my life in such an unexpected time and it was still hard for me to accept the fact that he was really back, and yet, he was here.

He being here meant a world to me, and he was still doing this for me… Just for me…

He smiled nervously, and looked at me. "How was it?"

His voice was the most beautiful voice I have EVER heard. The way he sang, and the way the words flowed out of his mouth, was absolutely perfect. Nothing could ever compare to the way he sang. May be it wasn’t the best voice, but it would be in the top 5 list. And for me, it was the BEST. The lyrics were well written and sang beautifully. Since he sang this song for me, I was overwhelmed with happiness. No one has ever done something like that for me.

I jumped to my feet and engulfed him in a hug. It took him a few second to hug me back, but when he did, I put my head in his chest, and relaxed into his arms. There were actually tears in my eyes, but obviously with happiness. "It was very beautiful," I whispered into his chest, and felt like his heart was vibrating. I smiled.

"You really think so?" He asked, and I looked up to see the big smile in his face. I actually had to look up see him, he was pretty tall.

I gave him a skeptical look. "This is like the BEST song that has ever been written, and the way you sang this song, nothing could be better than that."

He probably saw the tears in my eyes, and used his thumb to wipe it softly.

He raised his eye brow.

"I am just so happy." I hugged his once more, and when I pulled away, I couldn’t help but kiss him in his cheeks, and when I did……… I realized that it was a BIG mistake.

The look in his eyes made me realize how much wrong I really was. I shouldn’t have made the move in the first place; it was so wrong. I was just so happy because of the song that I didn’t even think straight.

It was wrong of me to do that, it was totally uncalled for. I couldn’t ever hurt his feelings, he meant too much to me. And I couldn’t be with him because I just couldn’t give him what he wanted. He will get over this, get over me. He has to. He will find someone way better than me. I couldn’t hang out with my own best friend anymore. How could I when he wanted something that I could probably never give. It wasn’t that he didn’t deserve it, but it was that….. I just couldn’t.

This was going to change his and my life forever, and I couldn’t let that happen. How did I not see it coming? A part of me was surprised, and some how happy, but I couldn’t do that to him.

I would have to stop hanging out with him. How could I talk to him, and spent time with him when I will see that look in his eyes all the time? How could I act normal and think that everything is okay, when the look in his eyes will always hunt me? I couldn’t be with him, and I couldn’t stay with him…… How could I do that when I know that he is in love with me?

I hope it wasn’t confusing. Grace saw the look in his eyes and realized that he loved her. That’s the main point, and I am not sure why I wrote like that. I just write the way it comes. I don’t think that much, I just write, and I am not even sure why I do that. Comments or conclusions are accepted. Let me know if you even like it a bit, or if you completely hate it.
