Love Like...

Different ways to love someone. Different good ways. It's not depressing for a change, so tell me how I did. I'm under practice in anything other than dreary.
Love like a butterfly,
Careless and free,
Joyful to you
And joyful to me.

Love like a flower,
So beautiful and bright,
Living for the sunshine,
Basking in the night.

Love like a fire,
Blazing and true,
If you feed it too much,
It could destroy us through and through.

Love like a sunbeam,
So faithfully there,
Too much gives you a burn,
Too little keeps you fair.

Love like a rose bush,
Fragrant and, despite
The beautiful exterior,
It has a nasty bite.
