Love is Always Near: Chapter 9
Lily will do something that will make her lose John's trust. Love, lies, hurt, BETRAYAL, do these mix?
Lilys POV
As I opened my house door I was crying, how could he lie to me and then when I confront him, he asks as if he doesn't care.
My parents left a note saying they were out to dinner
I guess me and john didn't stop the show from them having dinner
I got some Ben and Jerry ice cream and went into my room with my puppy by my side
I ate some ice cream but threw it away because my appetite was gone.
[RINGG.. RINGG]
I jumped from my bed and answered my cell
"Hey Kris!" I said happy to hear her voice
"Hey Lilo, so listen there's this party happening as of right now at Cody's house, I know you just got out of the hospital but do you want to go?" Kris asked
I needed to get my mind off John
"Hell yes ill come, but I need you to bring you butt over to my house and help me with what to wear." I said
"I'm already here, open the front door! Im freezing." Kris said laughing
I hung up the phone and opened the door for her
"Hey girl!" I said hugging her
"Hey Lilo, now lets go find you something to wear!" kris said running up the stairs to my room
I sat on my bed and watched Kris go through all my clothes
"Yes!" Kris squealed " I found the perfect outfit!"
Kris held up my purple bustier mini dress and some black heels
"Get to changing" Kris said
I hadn't notice that Kris was wearing a hot pink bustier dress with black heels too
I got dressed and Kris applied my make up
She gave me smokey eyes and some pretty purple lipstick
"We are so going to look like twins." Kris squealed while she took my curly hair out of my scrunchie
Kris hair was curly too
"We are going to look on fire tonight honey!" I said while grabbing my purple clutch
"Lets go!" Kris said while grabbing my hand and leading me to her Mercedes Benz
"I hope John isn't there." I said to Kris as we left my driveway
"Why?" Kris asked
"Because we got into an argument." I said frowning
"Hey! Don't let him damper your mood we are going to Cody's party to have a killer time, and if he is here, go on about your business." Kris said while pulling into Cody's jam packed drive way
"Gosh, I love you Krissy! You always know what to say." I said while checking my makeup in the mirror
"I love you too Lilo, now lets go party!" she squealed while jumping out the car.
As we walked up the steps the music was blasting
Me and Kris clutched eachothers arm together and went over to our other friends
"Wow! Check out these sexy chicks." Gerald, a close friend, said from behind us
"Aw Gerald!" I said running over to him and getting a bearhug from him
"Damn, so you are already out of the hospital and still partying." Gerald said checking me out head to toe
Okay so a little background on Gerald. Me and Gerald used to "talk" but then John came in the picture, Gerald was hurt and angry at me, but we decided to be friends
Gerald somewhat looks like Drake. Sexy I know.
"Hey! A girl has to have some fun!" I said to him laughing
"And a guy has wishes." Gerald said looking intensely in my eyes with a hurt expression
"Gerald! Don't do this." I said hugging his arm
"I'm just kidding Hazel." Gerald said while putting his arm around my shoulder and escorting us to the kitchen
"What do you want to drink?" Gerald said while opening the fridge
"I'll have what your drinking." I said leaning against the counter
"Hmm. I don't know, I don't think a girl like you can handle what I'm drinking." Gerald said turning his head to me smirking
"And what is that you are drinking?" I asked slyly
"Well I'm having Bacardi Rum." He said taking out the big bottle and a shot cup
"Well I'm having that too!" I said grabbing a cup
"Shots, shots, shots!" I said to him laughing
"Well if you can handle it, little lady." He said pouring some into my cup and his
"Here goes!" I said clanking my cup into his
We both took the shot
"Ow, that burns!" I coughed
"See what I told you." He said pouring some more into his
"Get me another round!" I urged
"You sure." Gerald asked
"Positive." I said holding my glass up
"Okay." He said pouring some more
The feeling stung my throat but felt good at the same time
Me and Gerald were playing shots and soon a crowd was around us cheering us on
Kris soon came to me
"Lilo! You think that's enough?" she asked
"Girl, I'm just getting started." I slurred and drunk some more
"Yeah, we are having! A good time!" Gerald said putting his arm around my neck and biting my ear
"Ow!" I giggled to Gerald
I was beyond wasted
"Lets go dance!!" Gerald said
"Wait!" I yelled loudly " don't forget the bacardi" I said giggling
Me and Gerald made our way to the living room where the music was and went to a corner and started drunk grinding
I kept on pulling my dress down that was riding up my legs
"Woah! I'm dizzy! I know the cure though! Some Bacardi!" I said turning around to Gerald
"Here babe!" I heard someone say to me and yank me away from Gerald
"What the fuck man!" I said
The room was spinning like crazy
I was so drunk I could stand up straight
I finally was able to focus on the person to find out it was John
He picked me up bridal style and took us to a quiet room and threw me on the bed
"What! What the fuck are you wearing?! You look like a slut." John said to me
"Fuck you John, your just mad because you wished you could have me." I said, I was so acting like a 5 year old
"I already had you! And I have you now." John said yelling at me
"Shit! Not so fucking loud. Im right here I can hear youuu!" I said exaggerating my words
John said something to me, but my vision started to blur and I blacked out
I woke up in Johns bed with a throbbing headache
"Fuck!" I said holding my head
I looked around but john wasn't in bed
"Drink this coffee." John voice said startling me
He was right beside me in a chair, in his clothes. He had masked his face with a blank expression so I couldn't really read to see if he was okay
"Thanks." I said sitting up in bed sipping the straight black coffee, I looked down to find that I was only in my bra and panties
"John. I'm sorry." I said looking down at my hands
He sighed loudly "what for? You are a big girl. Acting as if you don't have a fucking boyfriend, dancing on mothafuckas, and wearing skimpy ass shit a prostitute would wear." He said calmly still sitting in the chair with a box of cigarettes in his hand
"And to think I was really about to stop smoking these damn cigarettes for you. And you are acting like this." He said in disgust while taking one out and lighting it
"But fuck it." He said exhaling the smoke while getting up and going to his balcony
Fuck! What have I done. I thought to myself
I got out of his bed and put on one of his shirts
I walked out to the balcony to him
"I'm sorry." I whispered to him in shame
"I'm sick of your fake ass apologies. Get dressed im taking you home, because at this point I can't stand to even look at you" John said turning his back to me and flicking his cigarette.
"They aren't fake." I said sadly
"Can you please just go and get dressed your giving me a fucking migraine and you are aggravating me." John said still not looking at me
I walked over to his dresser and put on some of my clothes that I had left when I spent the night.
As I was getting dressed John left his room and slammed the door hard making me cringe
I got dressed in one of John's pullover and some jeans and sandals of mine
Even though I had a hangover I was too mad with myself to think about it
I got my clutch and went to John's car. He was already waiting in there with his sunglasses on
I got into the car and buckled my seat belt
"I borrowed your pullover." I sid to john
He shrugged his shoulders."whatever, just bring it back." He answered drily
I put my shades on and sat there the whole time not speaking
We got to my house
"Thanks for the ride and everything." I said touching his hand, but he moved it away from my touch quickly
"Yeah." He said
I got out the car and he burnt rubber

John's POV:
I'm so angry at Lily that I can't stand to be around her.
I parked my car in the streets, and called Cody on my cell
"Yeah Cody, is that offer still open for the joint?" I asked Cody
"Wassup man, and yes of course swing by my house man, we got a few fellas over now, I got them cleaning man, Pimp shit man pimp shit." Cody said laughing
"Cool man. I'm coming now." I said hanging up
I started the car and was off to Cody's house
If Lily wants to be dumb and careless, I can do the same shit.
