Love and Royalty (11)

In the morning, I woke up to a knock on my door. I sat up, looked to my side and didn’t see Jason beside me. Then a gust of memory went through my head and I realized that today was my Wedding day.
They knocked once again.

"Come in" I told the person how was knocking.
I fixed myself to look somewhat decent.

The door opens and a girl with blonde hair and blue eyes comes in, I recognize her anywhere. Dozens of memorizes comes in through my head.
2 little girls playing tag in the forest.....
2 little girls eating candy nonstop
2 little girls hunting deer together

She bows and says good morning, I stare at her for 3 seconds and she smiles waiting for me to greet her. Instead of greeting her with a smile I run to her and give her a HUGE hug.

"What are you doing here? I thought you couldn’t leave your city?"

"Well I came for your wedding and who said I can’t lie and tell them I’m going on a business trip." She says with a huge smile.
We both sat on the bed talking.

"Well, I am so grateful that you came and after these long years, without seeing you I am so happy. So.... have met someone yet? " I ask Marie while poking her on her shoulder.

"Well... I did see a gorgeous looking guy last night. I believe his name is...." She tapped her chin thinking of the name. "His name is James I believe" I poked

"You have a good eye"

Told her about James and how sweet, shy, caring, serious and smart and much more things he is.
She told me she likes him a lot, and that I would be doing her a favour if I was her wing man... well wing girl.

We talked for a couple of minutes.

"Well the reason I came here so early, was to wake you up and get you ready for your wedding. Now missy goes take a shower and ill do your hair and makeup. Go on now dear." Marie told me and congratulated me on the wedding.

We both got up and she turned on warm water in the shower and pushed me in the bathroom, then closed the door. I could hear her taking the wedding gown out and putting in on the bad.

"Alexandra hurry up we only have one and a half hour of getting ready"
I took a shower and then dried myself with a towel and Marie helped me get dress with the corset and put on my makeup.

The wedding start at 10 and it’s now 9:35. I have 25 minutes to get to the wedding.
We left in the carriage and headed towards the church. I knew today was going to be the BEST day of my life.

When I got there Marie ran first to stand where the brides maids stand, and she warned everyone that I have arrived.

I get out of the carriage and head towards the doors. The 2 guards open the doors and I walk inside and Blake stood beside me and bowed then grabbed my arm and we both walked down the aisle. Every person we passed bowed. As I walked I saw Jason a couple of meters standing at the end of the aisle.
He was dressed with a tuxedo on. His hair was pulled back with gel.

When I got to Jason, I hugged Blake. Jason took my hand and we both turned to the head council that was going to marry us.
Vampire marriage is different; the first thing we do is be declared husband and wife. Then the wife takes the wrist of her husband and drinks little bit of his blood, then the husband takes the bride’s wrist and drinks tiny bit of her blood, signifying that her blood belongs to him and his blood belongs to her. After they take each other’s blood they wipe themselves and kiss, then it’s over.

"All we vampires are gathered here today for the wedding day of our Princess Alexandra and her Prince Jason. They have chosen to get married and are willing to become both King and Queen of our race. Now Princess Alexandra and Prince Jason you may put each other’s rings on."

Jason put my ring on and I put his.
"Well now do you, Princess Alexandra take this vampire to be your husband?"

"I do" I say as I look deep in Jason’s eyes.

"Well, do you Prince Jason take Princess Alexandra as your wife?"

"I do, with all my heart" Jason says while caressing my cheek.

"Well I pronounce you husband and wife."

Of course we would have kissed but every vampire knows we have to wait till the end of the ceremony, so we couldn’t.
The head council gestures us to do the wrist thing.

"Now Jason will take Alexandra’s wrist and take a small drink of her blood. This symbolizes that her blood belongs to him. " An old guy, (part of the council) says while Jason takes my wrist and extracts his fangs.
I know that a normal person would be scared, but I was not, I was happy at the thought of my blood belonging to him.

Jason took my hand and sank his fangs into my wrist. I moaned with a small sound. I felt him drinking, and I felt like my life was being sucked slowly. I kept my eyes open, I hate showing weakness.

When he was done, I felt dizzy, but Jason held me. His mouth had only 1 drip of blood, and was like he was wearing Red Lipstick other than that her was perfectly clean. He licked my wrist clean; the 2 holes disappeared in a second. He morphed his fangs back in, he looked hot.

I steadied myself and grabbed his wrist, extracted my fangs and sunk in. His blood tasted like sweet and had a special spark to it. Every vampire has one blood of a person that will never get old; they will never get sick of it. I knew this was the blood that belonged to me; I guess that’s what he tasted. I took a little bit more of what I was supposed to, but Jason did the same he took more.
After I was done, I morphed my fangs back in and licked his wrist clean. Both Jason and I had 1 drip of blood, I wanted to lick it away, but I had to wait.

"Well, now their blood belongs to each other. Jason now has Royal blood in him, I now pronounce Jason a Prince. He is now the Prince of vampires; everyone will know him as Prince Jason from now."

Jason and I took each other’s hands and waited for the council to finish.

"I can now finish this occasion by saying, I know pronounce Prince Jason and Princess Alexandra as our soon to be King and Queen."

With that Jason leaned down and kissed me gently then became hunger for more. I knew I had him for tonight so I just cut the kiss short. We did lick the blood off each other, not crazy disgusting but slowly and easy. We broke free and everyone went to the after party. My throat was full and satisfied with a little of Jason’s blood.

We both walked out holding hands to the party. When we went in I saw James flirting with Marie, and I knew Marie was happy. I told Jason about Marie and James, and Jason told me that James has not stopped talking about Marie since this morning.

Jason and I sat on the longest table in the room. We danced our first dance together, cut the cake together and we got our presents. Other people gave us money, jewellery, gowns, suits, and much more. The council gave us a bigger castle.
They castle we live in right now had 10 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms and it has 4 floors. The new castle they gave me has 17 bedrooms and 20 bathrooms, it has 5 floors. We actually needed a bigger castle rooms

I thank them so many times, I couldn’t even count.
Thanks to the council’s arrangements like the wedding, I am happy
