Lost Love Poetry

Ringing from the past, are the bells of worry
Long days and sleepless nights, tell the whole story

Days of love, the only one, I found ever
Just when I got it close to my heart, it lost forever
I saw the life, slipping through the hands
And the time didn't bother, to lend me another chance

Footprints that followed me, have kept me alive
Through the tides and against the wind, they still survive
The castle of memories, now stands sky high
Buried under it, I let my heart die

Was it a fault or just my fate
I stopped digging it more, while the sunset
Will it rise again, remains the unanswered query
On the road back to home, I carry nothing but my Lost Love Poetry!
