Lost Kingdom - Prologue
Once long ago a man and a woman ruled a mystical land happily and peacefully. But now chaos and turmoil has caused the queen to suddenly be kidnapped, leaving only the king to find her and bring back peace to the land.
"Where is she?" The King yelled frantically. "Where did she go?"
The knights looked at him sadly, afraid to speak of the terrible tragedy that happened to their beloved queen. They stood in silence looking at each other waiting for someone to fess up and take the blame, but no one budged.
"I said, what happened to her?" He bellowed, but once again no one answered. "Fredrick, what happened to my wife?"
The knight stood quietly for a moment as if ashamed.
"My lord, she has been captured by your brother." He explained. "We tried to go after him, but we lost sight of him quickly. It was as if he simply disappeared Sire. We looked everywhere."
The King curled his hands into fists, even more angry than before. He couldn't believe it. His brother, his own flesh and blood. He knew his brother wanted the throne, but he didn't think he would go to such drastic measures to get it. He had to find a way to get her back, no matter what the cost.
"Thank you, my noble men. You have done well." He said as an idea popped into his head.
He then quickly strolled into the castle and then made his way towards his dearest friend's study. He hoped he could help him with find his beloved wife, with his brilliant plan.
"Charles, I need your help!! My wife..." He said in a sober, frantic voice.
"The queen had been taken, I know." Charles said sadly. "Do you have a plan to get her back?"
Aaron smiled slightly, and then sat down. He did have a plan and it was risky. But he would do anything necessary to get her back.
"You know I believe in the arts of magic, as well do you." He began to explain. "And I was wondering if there was a way you could..." He started, but was suddenly cut off by the sound of howling winds.
The King's eyes widened in terror and surprise. There was a dark, massive warp whole just above him, that swiftly pulled him in.
