Lost! In The Rain of Love - Chapter 1
An Othello spin off Set in seattle in a normal, everyday, highschool ... except it might be the future. A story of BJ and Kassedy (Jealousy and Drama are a definite!)
"Kassedy! Get your be-hind down here!" My mom called from downstairs. I spun around out of bed and nearly fell over out, what am I like? I waddled down the stairs, still not quite awake but the smell of Cheerios was calling me. It reminded me of the dream I had last night. It was me and a mysterious boy in an orchard eating Cheerios... but the funny thing is it wasn't my long-time boyfriend BJ.
Oh, BJ. The only guy for me, I knew I loved him from that first day in kindergarten when he gave me the first pick of the crayons, sure we had, had our violent fights but who hadn't? But BJ was absolutely gorgeous. He had slightly long brown hair, which a fringe that swooped to the side, in a very flirty manner, with eyes that sparkled just for me; a deep green that reminded me of the sea... at Christmas time. He was so casually cool EVERYONE was jealous of our love.
Back to breakfast, that was a total catastrophe! So let's not talk about that. I went upstairs to get ready for school. I speedily got dressed in leather skirt and white blouse which I teamed which white converse a quick glance in the mirror told me I looked alright! I guess it helped that I didn't have to bother with any make up and my hair naturally fell into perfect layers, my fringe just covering my gray eyes.
I rushed to school as BJ had apparently forgotten to pick me up this morning. I strutted down the hallway searching for him, everyone looked my way as I passed but I was used to it.
"Kassedy!" someone called, sadly it wasn't BJ it was his best friend (and a close friend of mine) Chad
"Sup? Chad!" I smiled
The bell silenced Chad's answer, Time for class..
