Lost and Alone

I don't know how to describe this poem...^_^'
This place is unfamiliar
I have no memory
Of these dark woods
That I walk through
The shadows frighten me
And the noises haunt me
I hear voices talking wildly
But they’re all a big blur

This place is so lonesome
I have no one at this point
Occasionally, I’ll see faces
But they’re haunted faces
Calling for help from anyone
I cannot stop to help, though
I desperately struggle on
Soon, I know, the faces will fade

So, here I stand, lost and alone
I wish to be found soon
By someone I know and love
But then again, who do I love?
Those people vanished long ago
Because of my cold, black heart
This is my own damn doing
So God, give me salvation
I do not want to be this way.
