I can’t tell you how many people I have talked to in the past year that have expressed to me a desire to lose weight. In fact, I probably hear from one person every day that isn’t happy with the way they look. The funny thing is, when I ask these people about their program, months, or even a year later, they aren’t any closer now than they were then. To me, that’s sad, because so many people are missing out on being happy with the way they look.
The problem with losing weight though is that if you don’t see results immediately, you start to lose faith in your program, which is why you need something to jump start the weight loss.
