Stress, sadness, depression all make me run for the nearest fast food outlet.

This is because we all have certain chemicals in our brain that are connected to mood and hunger.

If you are like me and do some exercise to lose abdominal fat, and then eat something unhealthy straight after because you are so hungry? And If you feeling a bit under the weather emotionally?

It's easier to go get some food then to work out.

Next time you feel that, instead of going to get food go and get some exercise instead. Go for a walk. Go play catch with your kids.

Recognize the emotional trigger, but work towards controlling it, not the other way around and you will have more success with working to lose abdominal fat.
