That's quite a list! On that note, here are a few delicious lobster dinner recipes that are easy to cook and which will leave you licking your fingers!

Barbecued Maine Lobster Tails

Ingredients:
  • 6 frozen Maine lobster tails (medium-sized)
  • ½ cup butter
  • 2 lemons
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • ½ tbsp fresh parsley (finely chopped)
  • 2 ounces soy sauce
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • paprika
Procedure:
Skewer the lobster tails along the length and place them over the grill. Cook them for around 8 minutes during which they should turn bright red. During this time, observe the color of the meat. Once it changes from translucent to white, it means that the meat has been fully cooked. Meanwhile, mix the remaining ingredients into a small pan and sauté over a low flame. Once done, pour the butter-lemon mixture into a small bowl. Remove the lobster tails from the grill and place them onto a platter. Sprinkle the butter-lemon mixture on the lobster tails evenly to enhance its flavor.

Maine Lobster Stew

Ingredients:
  • 4 Maine lobsters (medium-sized)
  • 6 cups hot milk
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 cups rich heavy cream
  • paprika
  • salt and pepper (as required)
Procedure:
Boil the lobsters for a good 20 minutes so that the meat gets fully cooked. Once done, remove them and spread them out on a large platter for faster cooling. After they have cooled down, remove the meat from the shell and chop it into medium-sized square cubes. Add the butter and the meat cubes into a cooking pot and fry until the color turns light brown. Add the milk to this mixture and cook for 8-10 minutes on a low flame. Keep stirring the mixture to make sure that it becomes consistent. Add the cream and let it cook until the mixture is just about to boil. Add the paprika, salt and pepper as required. Lower the flame and let the mixture simmer for a while before serving.

Lobster Salad

Ingredients:
  • 12 ounces lobster meat (cooked)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup onion (chopped)
  • ¼ cup cucumber (diced)
  • 1 lemon (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • ¼ cup celery (chopped)
  • ¼ cup bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 tsp hot pepper sauce
  • salt and pepper (as required)
Procedure:
Mix the lobster meat, onion, cucumber, celery and bell pepper in a medium-sized salad bowl. Pour the mayonnaise into a small bowl and add the fresh lime juice and the hot pepper sauce to it. Using an egg beater, beat this mixture till it becomes smooth and consistent. Pour it over the lobster meat and mix it well. Add salt and pepper as per taste. Refrigerate the salad for an hour. Garnish with lemon slices and serve chilled.

Lobster Rolls

Ingredients:
  • 1 ½ pounds lobster meat (cooked)
  • 4 hot dog rolls
  • 1 tbsp butter (softened)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 5 fresh lettuce leaves
  • 1 tsp hot pepper sauce
  • ½ cup celery (finely chopped)
  • 1 pinch basil (dried)
  • salt and pepper (as required)
Procedure:
Cut the lobster meat into neat square cubes. In a medium-sized bowl, add the mayonnaise and the pepper sauce and stir it well until it becomes smooth. To this, add the celery, the green onions and the lobster cubes and mix the ingredients well. Add salt and pepper as per taste. Apply the softened butter evenly on the inside surface of the hot dog rolls. Layer it with the lobster stuffing and top it with lettuce leaves. Garnish with dried basil and serve.
