Dandelion Burdock Tea
Ingredients
- Dandelion root (10 g)
- Ginger (5 g)
- Mugwort (2 g)
- Burdock root (10 g)
- Fennel (5 g)
- Milk thistle (5 g)
- Mix all the ingredients and add about 2 quarts (or slightly less) of water.
- Boil the ingredients in a non-aluminum pot.
- Let the liquid simmer on a low flame for 20 minutes and then take it down and let it stand for 10 minutes.
- Strain the liquid and store.
- Take about 1/4-1/2 cup of tea 3 times a day.
- Make sure that you warm it whenever you take it.
Ingredients
- Powdered ginger (½ tsp)
- Powdered turmeric (½ tsp)
- Lemon (1/2)
- Maple syrup (1 tbs)
- Water (2 cups)
- Mix the ginger and turmeric in 2 cups of water and keep it for boiling.
- After the water begins to boil, let it simmer for 15 minutes. Then take it down from the stove and let it stand for 10 minutes.
- Strain the tea of the liver cleansing herbs and add lemon juice and maple syrup and stir well.
- Boil it again if the tea has become warm.
Ingredients
- Peppermint tea (1 bag)
- Green tea (1 bag)
- Boiling water (2 cups)
- In a pot of boiling water, place the green tea bag and the peppermint tea bag and let it boil along with for 8-10 minutes (you can keep it for a lesser time if you don't want a bitter taste)
- Then remove the tea bags and drink.
- Add honey if you feel the taste is too bitter.
Ingredients
- Cayenne pepper (1 tsp)
- Lemon juice (½ cup)
- Honey (1 tbs)
- Water (1 cup)
- In a cup of boiling water add all the ingredients and simmer for about 2 minutes.
- Do not strain the pepper and have this lemon cayenne pepper detox drink as it is.
