Little Secrets
Please read.
So I was bored and just started typing... I don't know if I should keep going or not, so here's a little bit that I wrote, please comment and tell me if I should keep going or not...
Chapter One
"When the world is falling apart..." My best friend started singing a Miley Cyrus song. I groaned and covered her mouth with my hand. No, I don't hate Miley Cyrus, but I don't like her songs very much... especially when my friend sings them over and over and over. She licked my hand. I pulled it back and wiped it off on her shoulder. "Yuck!" She laughed and her laugh is so contagious, we were both laughing hysterically when the cutest boy in the world walked by.
Kade Bennett. He's an actor/singer teen who's parents decided it was time for him to take a break and be a normal teen. Not like he minds, with all the attention he gets from the girls in school. He stared at us, smiled and kept walking. Jess started freaking out, and jumping up and down excitedly saying, "He smiled at me! He smiled at me!" I started laughing again. The bell rang and we ran off in different directions for class. I sat down in my seat in science class, next to Kade. Unfortunately, he sits next to me in most of my classes. It's really annoying because he flirts... a lot.
"Hey beautiful. I saw you laughing with your friend." He smiled, I'm assuming it was meant to be a flirty smile, but it pretty much made me laugh. In case you haven't noticed I laugh a lot... I don't know why. Dad says I inherited it from mum. And no, just because I say mum does not mean I'm from England or whatever places people come from when they have those accents. I just say mum because that's what I called her when I was little and that's what I'll always call her when I talk about her, because that's all I remember or her. She died when I was 4.
Anyway, back to Kade. "Oh really?" I looked up at the board where Mrs. Crabtree was writing down the homework assignment. I scribbled it down in my notebook so I wouldn't forget to later. "What was so funny?" He whispered it, because the teacher started talking about an assignment. I ignored him and paid attention to the teacher.
"You will be paired in groups of two, and you will work on mold projects with two subjects. One is bread, the other is whatever you want it to be, as long as its appropriate." She looked at Josh and Nate when she said that and a few kids chuckled. Josh and Nate are known to be very inappropriate. I raised my hand. "Do we pick our partners?" "Of course not, I will pair you. To make it easiest, you will be paired with the person at your table." She looked at Josh and Nate again, they both shared a table. "Except for Josh and Nate, you two will be paired with Joe and John. Now, open your books to page 217. We are going to work on..." I stopped listening and just sat there. I had to be paired with Kade? Ugh. I shuddered just thinking about it. He slid a piece of paper over to me.
Your house or mine? His handwriting was sloppy.
Mine. I decided that I would rather not be at his house. I was carefully used my best handwriting and slid it back over.
What time?
Right after school.
The bell rang an hour later and I jumped up excitedly. Science is my last class. I was free to go home and... oh yeah... my mood slumped. Work on mold with Kade. Yippee.
if I do keep going I will definitely make the chapters longer. Thanks.
