However all yogurt is not the same. You don’t want to pick just any yogurt on the shelf. Keep an eye on the nutrition labels and look for those with no sugar, fat, and calories per serving. You should opt for organic yogurts if possible as they contain the largest live cultures. This is where you will see the weight loss benefits come into play. There are even more overall health benefits to eating yogurt including a better immune system which is always a good plus.

If you aren’t very fond of yogurt do not worry because you can still incorporate yogurt into your diet. Try adding some of your favorite fresh fruit to yogurt or even a dab of honey. Put some yogurt on your fruit, pancakes, and even cereal. You can blend yogurt with your favorite fruit and ice to make a delicious smoothie. Consider making frozen yogurt sticks or even having them for dessert. If you have a sweet tooth you will be very satisfied with yogurt. The best thing of all is that you can be creative with your yogurt and even make your own if you wish.
