The twins are due this fall and will be Presley’s first children with Lockwood. She has two teenage children, 19-year old Danielle Riley and 15-year old Benjamin Storm, from a previous marriage to Danny Keough. Presley’s mother Priscilla recently said, "She wanted it really to be kept secret for a long time. And I think women should, because they should be able to announce what they’re having and when it’s time to make the announcement."

It was first reported that Presley was pregnant in March 2008. Priscilla has said that the grandchildren call her "Nona," which means grandma in Italian. She also said that she is excited for the twins arrival. Priscilla said, "I’m looking at baby stores; I’m looking at all the incredible things that are out there today that I wish that were there during my time. It’s just fun to have a baby!" Presley’s friend, Pink, reportedly recently threw her a baby shower.

Lockwood is Presley’s guitarist and music producer. He is the singer’s fourth husband. The two were married in an intimate ceremony in Japan on January 22, 2006. Keough, Presley’s ex-husband, served as the best man at the wedding and her mother walked her down the aisle. She married Keough, her first husband, on October 3, 1998 and the two filed for divorce in 1992. The divorce was finalized on May 6, 1994 and the couple remained very close friends. She married Michael Jackson in 20 days later on May 26, 1994 and the couple divorced almost two years later. She married actor Nicolas Cage on August 10, 2002 and he filed for divorce 108 days later and their divorce was finalized on May 26, 2004.
