Saving on liposuction costs requires some homework. I don't recommend to choose a young and less experienced surgeon just to save a few hundred Dollars. A cosmetic surgery is still a surgery and can cause much damage if done wrong.

I would rather look for some financing than cutting down on quality. If the liposuction goes wrong then probably no money in the world can undo the damage.

If you choose a new surgeon then a way to reduce the risks of operation is to make a test surgery first. Just have fat removed on a small area and check the results.

You could also choose having a traditional liposuction than a more expensive laser liposuction. The risks are higher but there have been so many liposuctions performed that it is still a safe surgery.
