Lindsay Lohan’s Wild New Year

Lohan was caught on video drinking from a champagne bottle while ringing in the New Year in Capri. Lohan’s lawyer Blair Berk acknowledged the slip and said, "After being handed a champagne bottle while on a dance floor in Italy on New Year’s Eve and drinking from it, the good news was that Lindsay stopped herself that night, called her sponsor, and got herself immediately back on track." Berk continued, "There is not magic cure here. The most unfortunate part of this is that Lindsay has to share her ‘one day at a time’ with the entire world."

Lohan was in Capri to pick up an award for her outstanding movie career at the Capri Hollywood Film Festival. Not only did she manage to fall off the wagon, but she was also reportedly spotted making out with three different men in 24 hours. She met waiter Alessandro DiNunzio after arriving in Capri and the two swapped numbers. She met up with him later that night and the pair was photographed making out. The next day she was spotted hanging out with actor Eduardo Costa and the two were seen sharing a passionate lip lock. Later that night, Lohan reportedly hooked-up with Italian actor Dario Faiello. The two were seen getting very friendly on a couch in a nightclub before retiring to Lohan’s hotel room. They were photographed barely dressed on her balcony the next morning.

Lohan has been staying under the radar for the past few months since checking out of rehab. She had a pretty rough year, which included two DUI arrests and three trips to rehab. Her once blossoming career took a nosedive and she was labeled difficult to work with and a liability. Lohan seemed to be getting her life back on track, but if her New Year’s Eve conduct is any indicator of what is to come it could be another wild year.
