It was reported that Lohan, 21, was getting ready to leave the Cirque Lodge treatment facility sometime this week. Dina Lohan sent an email to Access Hollywood that read, "Not true. Staying in Utah." Lohan has been in the facility since last month seeking treatment for addictions to drugs and alcohol. A source close to Lohan said, "Lindsay is not leaving Cirque Lodge in Utah any time soon. She has a few more weeks to grow and develop, and she is doing great."

Lohan was arrested on July 24 in Santa Monica on charges of drunken driving after a car chase. At the time of the arrest a small amount of cocaine was found on Lohan’s person. Shortly after her arrest she checked into the Cirque Lodge. Prior to this trip to rehab, Lohan enjoyed two other stints in treatment this year alone. In January, Lohan checked into the Wonderland Treatment Facility as a "preventative measure." She treated her time in rehab very casually and upon checking out of the facility she was back to her hard partying ways.

In May, Lohan was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving after crashing her car in the wake of a night of heavy partying. She then checked into the Promises Treatment Facility where she 45-days in treatment. Her arrest on June 24 happened a mere 11 days after checking out of Promises. She is reportedly taking this trip to rehab a little more seriously and has acknowledged her addictions. Lohan released a statement in August that read, in part, "It is clear to me that my life has become completely unmanageable because I am addicted to alcohol and drugs." She can’t live in a treatment facility forever, so hopefully she gets her life in order.
