Lindsay Lohan & Riley Giles Split

A source reportedly confirmed the split saying. "They’re over – they’ve broken up. They split after Thanksgiving weekend." Another sour said that Lohan is "concentrating on her life and her career" right now. Lohan brought Giles home to her family’s Long Island home for the holidays and sources say that was the last straw. The couple reportedly spent more time apart than together. While Lohan enjoyed shopping with her family, Giles spent the nights out on the town in New York City. A source said, "Riley was not very well behaved when he came back to New York City with Lindsay. He was out every night without her."

Lohan, 21, and Giles, 25, met while in rehab at the Cirque Lodge treatment center in Utah. Shortly after checking out of rehab Lohan talked about Giles in an interview. She said, "We started out as friends. We met about two months ago while doing activities at Cirque. We both enjoyed rock climbing." Lohan also said that Giles is "unimpressed" by her fame saying, "He finds it all very funny. That’s what I love about him. He has a good sense of humor."

Lohan is also reportedly getting ready to begin work on a new album. She is supposedly going to record an album for Universal Music Group’s Motown label. The album is set to be released some time next year. According to a source, Lohan will be heading into the studio and begin recording within the next few weeks. Her first album Speak was released in December 2004 and included the hits "Rumors," "Over," and "First." Her second album A Little More Personal was released in December 2005 and included the song "Confessions of a Broken Heart (Daughter to Father)."
