Lindsay Lohan Rehab #3?

Rumor has it that Lohan checked into the Cirque Lodge Drug and Alcohol Treatment Center in Sundance, Utah over the weekend. Town and Country magazine recently named the Cirque Lodge was one of the top substance abuse facilities. It was rumored that Lohan flew to her mother’s home in Long Island on Friday, but a source close to the actress said she never had plans to go to New York. Lohan’s reps have reportedly not confirmed her denied whether or not Lohan is in rehab at the Cirque Lodge. A rep for Lohan did say, "It would be counterproductive to the medical treatment she’s receiving to release Lindsay’s whereabouts at this time."

Lohan has not been spotted in public since she was arrested on July 24 for DUI and cocaine possession – her second arrest in two months. Lohan’s life has become increasingly more out of control this year. She checked into the Wonderland Treatment Facility in January as a "proactive measure" to take care of her personal health. In May she was arrested for DUI and it was later reported that she had cocaine in her system. She entered the Promises Rehabilitation Facility days later and completed a 30-day stint and then opted for the extended care program of 15 days. Once she checked out of rehab she made a big deal about voluntarily wearing an alcohol-monitoring bracelet and immediately flew to Las Vegas to party.

Eleven days after she checked out of Promises the 21-year old was once again arrested for DUI and cocaine possession in Santa Monica. Lohan is to appear in a Santa Monica court to face charges from her July arrest on suspicion of DUI and driving on a suspended license. She will also face charges stemming from her DUI arrest in May. No official word on whether or not she will face jail time.
