Lohan’s rep, Leslie Sloane Zelnick, released the following statement Sunday" "On Friday, July 13, 2007, Lindsay Lohan successfully completed her 45 days of residential and extended care treatment at Promises. She has transitioned to an outpatient program, which includes attendance at daily AA meetings, outpatient therapy and daily testing. On her own, she has made the decision in support of her sobriety to wear an alcohol-monitoring bracelet. In part she is wearing the bracelet so there are no questions about her sobriety is she chooses to go dancing or dining in a place where alcohol is served." The alcohol-monitoring bracelet is to be worn on her ankle. Her rep added, "She’s doing great. Lindsay is working hard on her sobriety and we are all supporting her."

Lohan showed up at Pure Nightclub in Las Vegas Saturday night with ten friends to reportedly celebrate a friend’s birthday. A source said that Lohan drank energy drinks throughout the night, danced, and spun records in the DJ booth. Her and her crew reportedly rolled out of the club a little before dawn. Lohan’s 21st birthday was supposed to take place at Pure on July 2, but Lohan backed out of the bash and opted for a quiet and alcohol-free party on the beach.

Lohan ended up at Promises after a wild and crazy Memorial Day weekend landed her in some hot trouble. This was Lohan’s second attempt at rehab. She previously checked into the Wonderland Center in Los Angeles in January. As soon as she checked out of the facility she was back to her old ways, partying every night and drinking and drugging. She seemed to take her second trip to rehab a little more seriously and sources say she is committed to staying sober. Either she wins and ends up with an award-winning career and a happy life or she loses and descends further into a life of drinking and drugs. Guess we just have to wait and see…but hopefully she was able to turn her life around and get it straight.
