Lindsay Lohan Named in Divorce

Heiress Stephanie Allen, 28, filed divorce papers in Savannah, Georgia last week from her husband, Dead Stays Alive singer Tony Allen. Stephanie filed the claim and is seeking custody of the couple’s 8-month old twins. She claims in the filing that the marriage is "irretrievably broken" due to her husband’s "adultery" and "cruel treatment." She also claims that he is "guilty of habitual drug addiction."

Lohan is not actually named in the complaint, but Tony’s "conduct and relationship with another woman" are listed as reason for the split. It was widely rumored that Lohan and Allen had an affair during their stay at the Cirque Lodge treatment facility in Utah. Attached to the complaint and labeled "Exhibit A" are magazine and newspaper articles stating that Allen had had a sexual relationship with Lohan while both were seeing treatment at the facility. Upon his release in late August, Tony denied the allegations saying that he and Lohan were "just friends." Lohan’s rep slammed the rumors saying, "It’s unfortunate Stephanie Allen is blaming the demise of her marriage on Lindsay. Stephanie needs to look at her marriage to determine the reason why things went wrong because it has nothing to do with Lindsay. Lindsay and Tony are friends and that’s all. They are supporting one another through a similar experience. This is a friendship based on trust and mutual support and nothing else."

Stephanie is a packaging heiress whose family makes boxes for McDonalds. She and her family sold the company for $1.4 billion in 2002, but still maintain a $197 million stake in the company. As for Lindsay and Tony having an affair, there are varying reports. Tony and Lindsay say they are just friends, but a source reportedly overheard Tony bragging about his conquest in a bar. He reportedly said, "C’mon, it’s Lindsay Lohan. Hell, yes! Wouldn’t you?" Lohan is still in treatment at the facility.
