Lindsay Lohan Hosting New Year’s Bash

Sources say that Lohan is less than pleased about having to host the bash at LAX, but she is being "forced" to host the gig. LAX is owned by Pure Management Group who also owns PURE Nightclub in Las Vegas where Lohan was supposed to host her 21st birthday blowout. She had to cancel the event because she was in rehab for the July 2 party. Now it seems as if Lohan has to host the New Year’s Eve party in order to pay back the money she received when she promised to have her birthday party at the nightclub.

A source said, "Lindsay doesn’t necessarily want to host, but she’s contractually obligated." Lohan was reportedly paid "hundreds of thousands of dollars" for the birthday bash that never happened. The source added, "She already took the money from the birthday gig and can’t afford to pay them back." It was recently reported that Lohan had blown all of her money on partying, drugs, rehabs, and other expenses. Maybe that is why she had to accept the gig.

Lohan recently completed her third stint in rehab earlier this month. She spent almost two months at the Cirque Lodge treatment facility in Utah to deal with her addictions to alcohol and drugs. Prior to that she spent forty-five days at the Promises Treatment Facility. Eleven days after she checked out of that facility she was arrested on DUI charges and cocaine was found on her person. She was also arrested after a wild Memorial Day weekend in which she was arrested for DUI and it was reported that she had cocaine in her system. In January, Lohan spent a month in the Wonderland treatment facility. Nothing has stuck so far so hopefully she will be able to handle a New Year’s Eve bash in Sin City!
