Lindsay Lohan Dumped?

It was reported that Morton kicked Lohan to the curb Thursday night after they had dinner at Los Angeles’ Chateau Marmont. A source close to Morton said of Lohan, "She was too much drama. Lindsay did cut down on the partying, but with her, it’s all relative. Harry is sober. It wasn’t the partying that broke them up. Harry’s more low-key and not into the same stuff she’s into." It was reported that after Morton allegedly dumped the Mean Girls star, she broke down in tears and went to get comforted by her closest pals.

A friend of Lohan’s has struck out at the rumors. Said the friend, "No one ‘dumped’ anyone. You don’t dump people when you’re 20 and 25. You have a mature relationship, and you take a break and you see what happens. Everyone does that." Whatever the case, the two were spotted together Saturday night at L.A.’s Hyde. Morton reportedly left without Lohan and was questioned about their alleged break-up. He had "no comment" about the break-up rumors and said, "She’s an amazing girl." He added, "You shouldn’t believe everything the press tells you." Does that include the rumors that Morton proposed to La Lohan earlier this month?

Lohan’s rep said basically the same thing as Morton when question about the status of the relationship saying, "No comment. She’s a great girl. Don’t believe everything you read or hear." Lohan recently suffered a broken wrist after she slipped at a Fashion Week party in New York. And it was reported that her and her mother had a huge falling out. Now the rumors that her relationship with Morton has gone sour even though her rep claims that "they’re together now" and pooh-poohed the break-up talk. A friend of Lohan’s reportedly said, "They’re communicating. They’re hanging out. Whatever’s going to transpire there is going to transpire." Uh, ok.
