Lindsay Lohan’s Birthday Celebration a Go

Despite her latest trip to rehab Lohan is still obligated contractually to have her 21st birthday bash at Caesars Palace Pure nightclub and must be in attendance. Family friend Michael Heller reportedly said, "Lindsay said she’s doing the party in Vegas, no matter what. Just because you’re sober doesn’t mean you can’t go out and have fun." True, but that didn’t stop La Lohan from partying non-stop after her last trip to rehab. The bash is set to take place on July 2, the seasoned clubgoers actual 21st birthday.

Lohan reported for round two of rehab on Memorial Day after a wild weekend of drinking and drugging. She began her wild weekend on Friday May 25 and ended up crashing her car early the next morning. She was treated for minor injuries and arrested and cited for driving under the influence. The police also reportedly found a "usable amount of cocaine." Lohan, undeterred by her arrest, reportedly partied it up on Sunday and was spotted leaving Teddy’s at 4 a.m. with her pal Samantha Ronson. Lohan reportedly collapsed outside the club and a bouncer put her in the passenger seat of a car. According to a source Lohan couldn’t even stand at that point. Ronson tried to wake her but the source said, "She didn’t respond. She was totally passed out." Pictures of the actress passed out in the front seat of the car surfaced the next day.

Lohan first tried rehab at the Wonderland Treatment Facility in January, but as soon as she was out she was back to her old habits and haunts. There were rumors of increased drug use and excessive drinking all while she was claiming sobriety. Since checking into the Promises Rehab Facility she has been very happy according to a family friend. The friend said, "She’s doing really, really well. She probably should be there and it will be the best for her. I think now she’s ready for it."
