As part of a plea bargain stemming from her two DUI convictions earlier this year, Lohan was ordered to complete 10-days of community service. Lohan reported to the American Red Cross blood services facility Monday morning. She was seen leaving the center that evening at 7 p.m. and was reportedly carrying a book titled, Blood. Lohan faced two separate driving under the influence and possession of cocaine charges. She plead guilty to both charges and was ordered to spend 4 days in jail. She plea bargained the sentence down to two days in jail and 10 days of community service. A judge further reduced her sentence by a day due to time already served.

Lohan spent most of her summer at the Cirque Lodge treatment facility (her third rehab this year). She is reportedly still sober despite recent reports that she had begun partying again. A source said that Lohan has a personal assistant that has been assigned to her to stay with her at all times to help her remain sober and steer her away from her old habits and haunts. Lohan also has a personal bodyguard with her at all times.

At the tender age of 21, Lohan has two DUI arrests under her belt and three trips to rehab. In January, Lohan entered the Wonderland treatment facility. Shortly after her release, she was back to her hard partying ways and barely concealing that she was drinking and drugging again. In May, Lohan was arrested on DUI charges after crashing her car and she ended up in the Promises treatment facility. She spent 45 days at the center and 11 days after her release she was involved in a high-speed car chase that lead to her second arrest for drinking and driving. Lohan then ended up at the Cirque Lodge and has reportedly changed her ways. It has been reported that Lohan must complete her prison sentence by January.
