Lindsay Lohan Back on the Scene?

Lohan, 21, recently checked out of the Cirque Lodge treatment center after a two-month stay, but is she heading back down the wrong path? It was reported that on October 5, the day she checked out of rehab, Lohan and her new boyfriend Ryan Giles were spotted at the Hotel Bar & Nightclub in Salt Lake City. A source claims that La Lohan was drinking, but the bar’s owner Jordan Harwood reported, "Her group made it clear they didn’t want any alcohol at the table." There has also been talk that Lohan, who just landed back in Los Angeles to shoot the movie Dare to Love Me, has been hitting the town and checking out her old haunts like The Ivy and Hyde.

Lohan’s new snowboarder beau Giles has also come under scrutiny recently. It was reported that he was engaged to Bree Tierney, a Murray, Utah local. Tierney’s mother, Tess, reportedly said, "Riley just stopped calling Bree and never told her about Lindsay. She found out by seeing photos. It destroyed her." Lohan has even met Giles’ parents and a source said, "Riley’s parents loved her. They think the kids will be a really good influence on each other and will be better able to keep one another sober." Hmmm…interesting concept….

And yet another Lohan rumor is that the Mean Girls star is broke. A British tab reported that she "squandered" all of her money away on partying, tanning, shopping, trips to rehab, and legal fees. It has also been rumored that she has a chauffeur on stand-by at all times in case she needs to be driven anywhere. Lohan is reportedly doing the movie Dare to Love Me just so she can make some money and quickly. Lohan’s rep, Leslie Sloane-Zelnik, reportedly said, "That’s ridiculous, but typical from [the] tabloids." Hopefully the rumors are just that and not an indication of what is to come for Lohan.
