Lindsay Lohan’s Arrest Repeat

According to Lohan’s lawyer she relapsed and is now receiving "medical treatment." The actress who turned 21 earlier this month was booked early Tuesday morning after police responded to a call about a car chase. It was reported that Lohan was driving a white SUV and chasing a black Escalade. Allegedly the driver of the car was the mother of Lohan’s personal assistant. Lt. Alex Padilla said, "Just prior to the chase – I’m not exactly sure how long prior – the personal assistant had quit."

Lohan refused to take a field sobriety test at the scene so one was conducted at the jail. Two Breathalyzer tests were administered. She was well over the legal limit of .08 and blew a .12 and a .13. Lohan was also given a urine test and officers found a "small" amount of cocaine in her pocket. She was booked at approximately 2:15 a.m. on DUI, possession of cocaine, transporting a narcotic into a custody facility and driving on a suspended license. Lohan was wearing the alcohol-monitoring bracelet on her ankle at the time of her arrest. Despite recent reports that the bracelet was fake, Lohan’s attorney said, "throughout this period, I have received timely and accurate reports from the testing companies. Unfortunately, late [Monday] I was informed that Lindsay had relapsed. The bracelet has now been removed. She is safe, out of custody and presently receiving medical care."

This is Lohan’s second DUI arrest in two months. She was arrested in May for DUI and it was reported that she also had cocaine in her system. That arrest led her to enter rehab for the second time this year. Lohan completed a 30-day stint at Promises Treatment Facility and then opted for the extended care program of 15-days. The day after she checked out of rehab on June 13 she flew to Las Vegas and went clubbing. Obviously this girl can’t get her act together. Where is her family? Where are her friends? Who is looking after her? Lohan is set to be arraigned for her May DUI on August 24 and will be arraigned at the same time for today’s arrest.
