Life? Stories?

A poem contemplating the difference and similarities between a story, and real life.
Don't u ever wish you could control your life
Like moppets on a string
You simply pull a stick
And make people do as you please

Just will the story forward
And elaborately write out your script

Just make up those Chapters
And Paint there scene

Just choose there emotions
And nothing will be considered obscene

No one will ever doubt
No one will ever question

This story would be yours to develop
Yours to believe

No challenge
No change
No disbelief
For these words are set in stone

But the harsh reality of the world
Is we have little to control
No copy rights on characters or story lines
No strings available to pull
Your life is yours to live, but not yours to control.
