Lies Beneath Your Eyes

This is about the love of my life who’s only full of lies, so I no longer have him…but that’s not the only reason why…
When I fell into your eyes
You fell into mine.

We seemed everlasting
We grew to love yet hate.

You store into my eyes
As did I.

I seen the other side of you
As you discovered nothing of me.

You ruined the first chance
As I ruined the second.

As did you make a mistake by telling me lies
As did I make a mistake by believing in your eyes.

You lay on your bed mutilating yourself
As I lay here writing for you.

Loving you was a mistake
As taking me in was a problem.

Before you would cut
Before I did the same
There once was fame.
