LG is the second largest maker of mobile phones in the world and has come out with many lustrous designs in mobiles. It's Black Label series is largely popular and the mobiles have been very commendable regarding their design and style. The LG KF750 Secret which was released in 2008, is the third mobile in this series, following the LG Chocolate and LD Shine. In specifications the Secret is much closer to the LG Viewty than it's predecessors. It has a very slim built with a thickness of less than 12mm which makes the Secret very handy and compact. It has a scratch resistant surface along with a carbon fiber battery cover.

The camera is the central point of focus in the LG Secret; a 5 mega pixel unit that comes with auto-focus feature and an LED flash. It also has a smart face-detection feature and 7 different scene selection modes for shooting. In addition it also has a high ISO 800 setting for shooting in low light conditions without using the flash. The camera comes with a sound noise reduction system which produces photos with very minimal noise but at times it leads to the elimination of fine details. The Secret is capable of capturing videos at @30fps in the VGA mode and also slow motion recording in the QVGA mode. The LG KF750 is possibly one of the best and slimmest 5 mega pixel camera phone around and produces great pictures with rich colours.

Quite essentially the Secret is a tri-band GSM unit with 3G capability that allows fast data downloading @3.6Mbps. It comes in a nice slide design and has a 2.4 inches TFT resistive touchscreen. The screen rotates automatically aided by a built-in accelerometer and there is also a light sensor that adjusts the screen brightness according to the available light conditions. It has an internal memory of 100MB which can be further expanded up to 4MB. Loaded with Class10 GPRS and Class10 EDGE, it uses a WAP 2.0/xHTML, HTML web browser to give access to the internet. Also available are Bluetooth with A2DP and USB that allows convenient data sharing.

The music player available in the LG KF750 Secret is excellent and can sort tracks according to artists, album and genre. The player also has nice visualization with options for including album art and equalizer bars. There is also an FM radio in this device that comes with a simple and easy to use interface. The video player is commendable as well which can playback MP4, MPEG and DivX videos. Additional features to be found include a TV-out point, Document viewer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF), Organiser, Voice memo, a secondary video-call camera and Email. Keeping in mind the plethora of applications that come with this phone and the comparatively low price tag, it is obvious that the Secret will turn out be a very important member of the Black Label series.
