Levi Johnston Claims Sarah Palin Wanted to Adopt His Child
It’s fairly well established that Sarah Palin isn’t exactly presidential material, but her daughter’s "Baby Daddy" is really making it tough on her.
Surprise, surprise, there’s a whole new bucket full of crazy coming out of Alaska these days, as Sarah Palin and her family alone are enough to put the sparsely-populated state on the crazy "map." In yet another interview, this one with Vanity Fair, Levi Johnston, "Baby Daddy" to Sarah Palin’s daughter Bristol, tells all, including the fact that Palin wanted to keep her daughter’s pregnancy a secret and wanted to adopt the child when it was born.
According to Levi, "Sarah told me she had a great idea: we would keep it a secret--nobody would know that Bristol was pregnant. She told me that once Bristol had the baby she and Todd would adopt him. That way, she said, Bristol and I didn't have to worry about anything. Sarah kept mentioning this plan. She was nagging--she wouldn't give up. She would say, ‘So, are you gonna let me adopt him?’ We both kept telling her we were definitely not going to let her adopt the baby. I think Sarah wanted to make Bristol look good, and she didn't want people to know that her 17-year-old daughter was going to have a kid."
Levi didn’t stop there, however, also noting that Palin rarely attended her son’s hockey games – despite championing herself as a "hockey mom" – and complained about her job as governor, which she described as being "too hard." Levi also notes that, "there was a lot of talk of divorce in that house...times when Sarah and Todd would mention it and sound pretty serious." For the Palins, it’s just another day in Shangri-la.
