- 2 tbsp of maple syrup

- 8 oz of purified water
You should not stop the diet abruptly and have solid foods immediately, as the body needs time to adapt to the changes. After completing the diet, you can have only fruit juice for the next 1-2 days; then have vegetable soups and broths; and finally on the 4-5th day, switch to solid foods. The lemon water cleanse can last from 7-40 days. It should not exceed for more than 40 days. On the other hand, although, the diet can be followed for 3-4 times a year, there should be a gap of at the least 3-4 months between each diet.
Side Effects
According to the reviews, there are several side effects associated with this diet plan. Firstly, most of the people suffer from diarrhea or loose motions on following this diet. Secondly, people also experience fainting or dizziness caused due to less consumption of food.
