For the lemon juice detox you will need juice of two freshly squeezed lemon, 4 cups of water, organic maple syrup, cinnamon powder and cayenne pepper. Mix together the lemon juice, water, cayenne pepper, cinnamon powder and maple syrup and stir it well. Have this juice 6 to 7 times a day.
Use only organic lemon for making the detox recipe and do not use prepacked or frozen lemon juice. Adding cinnamon powder is a wonderful way to impart some flavor to the liquid and it also helps to balance the blood sugar level. For lemon juice detox for liver add 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed juice with 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of Epsom salt.
