Legitimate Home Business - Using The Secret

Before "The Secret" ever became popular, I remember that I was sitting at a conference in where "a person" was talking about an unheard of concept (at least to me at the time) called the Law Of Attraction. A couple of years later a video was released that called itself "The Secret." Lo and behold, The Secret essentially was the Law Of Attraction.

I was amazed at the attention it was getting. It was quite exciting, and as a result of the attention that it was getting, I decided to review the material that was introduced to me more than two years previous to the rise in popularity of "The Secret."

The law of attraction, at least to me, has a lot to do with the way one thinks. So the thoughts you have and how you go about choosing and acting upon those particular thoughts. And it makes sense. Everything you do - everything you act upon requires some form of thought. Deciding to get up in the morning requires thought. Deciding to phone a friend, or even going out with friends to have a good time, requires thought. In some ways, you can probably replace the word Law Of Attraction with "Thought Of Attraction."

The way we think and what we attract also has a lot to do with our own limited belief systems. It's important to get rid of these limiting beliefs and things that you may have heard in the past that does you no good anyway. Let me give you a quick example. A test was done where two ads were placed in the newspaper. The trick here was that even though the ads were for the same exact position, the salaries presented in the ads were different to see how people would respond to them.

To keep things simple, one ad was for 18k to start. The other ad was for 120k to start. Based on the stats given above, which ad do you think had a better response? The one with 18K to start got over 200 responses - over 200! Compare that with only 18 responses for the ad with 120K to start. Do you now see how these limiting beliefs can affect the way we make decisions for ourselves? So the key here is to think and stay positive about what you want and go after your goals, even if it's starting and running your own home based business.
