I’m nearing the end of the writing,
Still lost in a mental block, blurred images of the past. Ever gone, ever clear, forgotten And Careless, tonight we run, run from it all,
Create new pictures, to fill the void,
Just shut your mouth and listen for once, there’s no time for reminiscing.

As I put on this daily facade,
And count the lies,
The times I deny reality,
For fear of what might happen,
This is to never be revealed.

It all seems to be fine,
But, I’m switching priorities,
Can’t you see? So these tears keep falling,
Can’t you see, I’m drowning in my very own misery. Breathe Deep, breathe long, and Hard,

There is no reason to be sad, not on this day,
Today, everything is forgotten,
And begins anew.
And today, I will be over this, just wait for the sunset,
And watch the changing colors fade away,
I fade away...
